New employee has not gotten his Workforce invite by email. Email address is correct, he checked his spam & junk mail folders. Reminder sent. What can I do now?

Hi valleysidecontracting. The email provider may have filters or security settings blocking automated emails. To help resolve this, I recommend checking those settings on their end.

 

First, it’s essential to whitelist the sender by adding the email address from Intuit to their contacts or safe sender list. You can find the correct email address here: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

 

If the issue continues after whitelisting, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online live support team. They can assist in reviewing the cause more closely and providing a solution tailored to your needs.
