I have a subcontractor who works on my client's file and like to post her hours into QBO, so I can bill the client for it. But because my subcontractor is not an employee, it dose not sync her hours into QBO.
Hi @NextGenBizSolutions , thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand how important it is to have accurate and timely information for your business. I've attached a link Article ,that will provide guidance as to how to ensure that the hours are entered correctly , so that it will sync.
Hello NextGenBizSolutions. It's important your subcontractor is able to enter their hours in QuickBooks so you can keep track of their hours with ease. Based on what you've described, I suggest adding your subcontractor as a time tracking user. This type of user is able to enter their hours in QuickBooks using their own separate login credentials. Check out this article here with more info about adding and using a time tracking user. Feel free to ask other questions, I'll be one message away in case you need anything.
