Welcome to Community! It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payroll information is being received by the correct party. I'd be happy to assist!
There are two areas in your QuickBooks Online account, to review and make any necessary changes. Let's start with your payroll settings. Follow these steps to update the email address;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Payroll settings
2. Click on the Edit in the Contact information section
3. Make the necessary changes
4. Hit Save
In addition, you'll want to ensure the previous bookkeeper is no longer listed as a user on the account. Here's a helpful guide for your reference, to assist with user management in QuickBooks Online.
