Hello there, Todd. Paycheque sync errors in QuickBooks Online (QBO) trigger if one of the mapped Chart of Accounts (COA) categories from payroll is edited or inactivated.
With that in mind, you'll need to contact the QuickBooks Payroll support team to resync the mapping of the accounts.
Here's how:
- Select (?) Help.
- Choose the Search tab: Enter your question in the available field beneath, then press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click Contact Us below.
- Pick whether you want a Chat or a Callback.
