Getting your payroll taxes set up is an important task, and I know how important your time is, so I don't want you to spend more time on this than necessary. Let me point you in the right direction.
I see what you're saying about the "Let's Go" button on the Payroll Overview page leading nowhere. I'll be sure to pass this along to my team so that we can get this fixed. There's another place you can go to get this set up as you've indicated, but it sounds like that's not quite working for you either. If it's prompting you to enter T4 information, that leads me to believe that you may have selected that you have prior payroll to enter.
If you're not able to bypass the option to enter the T4 information, giving our team of Payroll experts a call will have you on the right track in no time. In order to get a better picture of what's going on, some screen shots or a screenshare and the exchange of some sensitive account details would be helpful.
