Also, you can change the email address to the current HR email by following the steps below:
- Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Choose the Send Forms menu, then the My Preferences tab.
- In the Send email using section, select one of the options:
- If you use Gmail, Yahoo, or similar email services, select Web Mail.
- If you use Microsoft Outlook, select Outlook. If you don't see the Outlook option, here's how to set it up.
- To use the QuickBooks email service, select QuickBooks Email. If you haven't set it up yet, follow these steps to configure your email service.
- Click OK.
If there is a delay in emailing pay stubs, you may consider switching to a different email provider, as the sending time is dependent on the provider's performance.
You can also turn off the anti-virus, as some of them are capable of blocking inbound or outbound email.
