Quickbooks Time Custom Field Checklist

I am looking to add a custom checklist onto my Quickbooks Time clock-in/out menu that is required AFTER the employee has signed out. I am looking to achieve a "Before you go" or "Reminder" function (ie. did you grab tools from site, clean up, count installed items, etc)  Is that possible?

Quickbooks Time Custom Field Checklist

Hi there Copper Mountain Office,

 

It's vital all your time entries are done correctly so your employees can have accurate timecards and the right amount of pay for their work. QuickBooks Time is a great tool able to help your employees punch in for their shifts so that their time cards can be well tracked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with QuickBooks Time.

 

In order to know if this could be added in the way you want it to appear after punching out, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Time support team outside of the Community using the options provided in the linked article. They'll be able to provide step-by-step help with you in order to set it up so that your employees can get this menu to show up during the sign-out process.
