Yes, you can definitely change your pay period for you to have the correct dates and pay employees accordingly.
Follow steps below to edit:
- Click Gear icon top right, and then click Payroll Settings.
- Under Payroll, click Pay Schedules.
- In the Pay Schedules box, click Edit next to the schedule to modify.
- Make your changes, and then click OK.
- On the Pay Schedule Confirmation page, review the upcoming pay periods and pay dates:
- If they're correct, you can edit the Description to distinguish this pay schedule from others, and then click OK.
- If they aren't correct, click Back and make the changes.
