You can only add backdated paycheques for the current quarter. For older transactions, I recommend contacting our Payroll Live Support team, as this will affect your employees' year-to-date totals, Linda.
They have the right tools to help you add paycheques older than 3 months and ensure everything is recorded accurately.
- Navigate to the Help icon.
- In the Search tab, click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
