Is it possible to create a 'dummy' ROE to see if a wage adjustment code duplicated the insurable hours related to the wages being corrected?

I tried to find the compliance details related to this code but I am unable to find those either.

The Record of employment is not for submission, it's for information purposes only. The information that is generated on the ROE in QuickBooks is used to complete the form on the CRA website. Therefore you can proceed to create the ROE for the employee and review the outcome of the wage adjustment. Here's an article on how to create a Record of Employment.
