Where can I access the odometer readings I entered for 2019?

Hi there grahambthomas,

The mileage feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed is great for keeping track of the driving you do for your business. With automatic tracking or manual entry, you have the power to record what you need when you need to. I can see the use in having access to not only present but also historical data, and I'm happy to help you with this.

Seeing the trips you entered for 2019 is as simple as going to the Mileage or Trips section in your books and choosing the year you need. I'll outline the steps below.

When logged into a browser, follow these steps.

  1. Select Trips from the left menu.
  2. Choose the year you'd like to see information for under the Mileage heading.
  3. Scroll down to see the transaction information.

When logged in via the app, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Mileage section.
  2. Click Filter just above the transaction list.
  3. Select the year you'd like.

Pretty simple, right? For your reference, here are a couple articles about mileage tracking in QuickBooks Self-Employed. They can also help you navigate to where you can find the mileage details depending on whether you're using an Apple or Android device.

I hope that helps!
