T-Sheets is a vital app which helps you manage your employee's schedule with ease. I know how important it is for you to sync it QuickBooks. Don't worry, I'll be happy to help get you back on track.
1. Select Help from the top menu bar (Note: Not the (?)Help menu, but one above it).
2. Select Reset App Data.
Doing this helps refresh the Desktop app and it usually fixes most issues. I encourage you to give this a shot. I recommend contacting our support team using this link. Let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks for this tip. Unfortunately, T-Sheet App is still not launching. Never has this issue before.
I first tried to clear the Cache (Help menu > Clear Cache). It didn't work. Closed QB and re-opened it. Then I tried Help > Reset App Data. No success so far.
When I try to launch the T-Sheet app from QuickBooks, it spins forever. (Waited several minutes). Maybe a fresh laptop reboot will work... if not, i will indeed contact Support. In the meantime, thanks for the suggestion.
