Trying to run payroll and keep getting message that "Something went wrong on our end"

Cached files in your browser can cause problems when running payroll. You can log in to your account and run payroll in an incognito or private window.

 

Here are the shortcut keys to open incognito mode in popular browsers:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.


If the payroll runs in incognito mode, the next step is to clear your browser's cache  to remove any data potentially disrupting the payroll process. Alternatively, you can run payroll using a different supported browser or device.
