Hi there, charles-liu.
Yes, you can allocate total payroll tax payment to the accounting category for each employee. Let's update the Accounting setup in your QBO company to accomplish the task.
- Navigate to the Gear icon to select Payroll Settings.

- On the Preferences page, click on the Accounting link to view the categories used to track for each employee.

- In the Tax Expense Accounts section, mark the radio button for I use different accounts for different groups of employees.

- From the drop-down, choose the correct account you want to use for your workers.
- Click on the OK button and then type in the date when you want the program to update the transactions.

- Hit the OK button to apply the changes.
