Why can’t I access my Canadian tire master since March on quick books

It sounds like you're working with the banking feeds feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed. That's a great way to easily stay on top of your work, so it's important to me that it's working for you without issue. I'll help you get things back in working order.

 

QuickBooks Self-Employed is a cloud software and relies on Internet connections and the connection to your bank or credit card's website to bring in the transactions. There are sometimes interruptions to that service, which could happen for various reasons. One of the best first troubleshooting steps you can take is clearing your cache. The article is tagged for QuickBooks Online, but you can use it for QuickBooks Self-Employed as well.
