Accounts Payable Detail and Accounts payable Summary

Hi 

 

When I go to reports and run a vender AP aging summary report it balances with the balance sheet, when I to print a detail report it is not the same total. 

Why would the two reports not equal each other, one is detailed and one is summary.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks offers reports that can be customized, so you see what matters most.  It's important that your reports are aligned and your totals match.  I'd be happy to provide more information here!

 

To ensure your reports match, I suggest reviewing the date applied to each report.  In addition, I recommend selecting the same accounting method for both reports.  If you still experience the same result, please don't hesitate to contact us.
