Can I post a recurring expense on QBO?

Hi there, 

 

With QuickBooks Online, you can easily manage your business finances and record your sales transactions. In your situation, using our Recurring Transactions feature will be the best way to achieve your goal. Here’s how:

  1. Select the gear icon from the top right menu
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions
  3. Select New
  4. Pick the Transaction Type you wish to use from the drop-down menu
  5. Select OK
  6. Input the Template name
  7. Under Type, make sure to select Unscheduled
  8. Input the rest of the required information
  9. Select Save template from the bottom right

Once done, the template will be available in the Recurring Transactions page and you can use it to record this specific transaction in the future without having to enter all the details manually every time. Here's an article with more info: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
