QuickBooks Online enables you to void or delete cheques as you see necessary. I would be happy to help!
Follow these steps to Void the cheque:
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Chart of Accounts
2. Click on Account history in the Action column, for the account where the cheque was recorded
3. Locate the cheque and click Edit
4. From the menu at the bottom, select More, then Void
5. Confirm Are you sure you want to void this cheque? by selecting Yes.
