Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks provides the flexibility needed to manage and view your accounts. I'll be happy to provide the info you need so you're on the right track with your work.
The program allows you to manage more than one subscription using the same email address. You can utilize the Switch Company feature that allows you to switch between companies with the same email. It's important note that the program isn't designed to open all four companies and once but you can switch among the accounts. Here's how to switch companies:
- Select Settings .
- Under Profile/Your Company, select Switch Company.
- From the list, select the company you want to switch to.
