Hi there, Lizzyd3. It's possible the HST rate was accidentally marked as inactive in your Sales Tax center, which would explain why it’s not showing up.
To reactivate it, I’d suggest heading over to your Sales Tax Overview center, clicking Manage sales tax, and then toggling on the Show inactive button. If you see the HST rate there, simply click Make active to bring it back into your dropdown list.
If you still can’t see the missing HST rate, try logging into your QBO account using a private browser or incognito mode. This will help you check if there’s a problem with your browser, as it won’t use stored cache files. You might also want to try using a different browser, like Google Chrome, for a better QuickBooks experience.
