Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks community. I'll be happy to assist. With the Projects feature in QuickBooks Online, you can easily track job costs and stay on top of things. That being said, displaying hours in the project overview tab is not an integrated feature of the system. If you wish to see the time activity entries associated with a project, do as follows:
- Select Projects
- Select the project you wish to work with
- Select the Time Activity tab
- Select the date from the list to see the activity details (you can click on the employee name to open the Time Activity and edit it if needed)
