Hello userjunglemoderne20,
I can see the benefit of being able to view all your 2020 expenses in QuickBooks Self-Employed and I'd be happy to help you with this. QuickBooks Self-Employed offers the flexibility which allows you to access your account from anywhere. This enables you to save time while you work on your business on the go.
In order to view all your 2020 expenses, you'd need to click on the Transactions menu from the left navigation menu and follow the steps below:
- In QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to Transactions.
- From here, you'll see 3 drop-down menus right under the text which says Transactions as of.
- Click on the first drop-down menu and select Spending to see your expenses.
- Filter the dates accordingly and hit enter.
From here you're now able to see your transactions from 2020. Depending on how many transactions you have you may see the list separated in sections/pages.
Give this a try and if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach back to me. I've got your back.
