Receipts

I upload all of my receipts through the app on my phone. 

 

When I access my Quickbooks online account from the computer, it is only showing me 21 or my receipts. I have uploaded over 100 receipts in 2022, so I am not sure where they have disappeared. They do show up when I first long in, but then disappear right away. Has anyone else experienced this?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Receipts feature is a great way to upload your transactions with peace of mind.  I can see how concerning it is, when it's not working as designed.  I'd be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done do already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  In addition, I suggest logging into QuickBooks Online from another browser to see if you get the same result.  Preferred browsers are Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox and private or incognito is also suggested in these types of situations.

 

If the issue persist, please contact us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team can work with you directly, and escalate the behavior to our Development Team for further investigation and resolution.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
