After snapping my gas recitps is there a way to get the total of all of them combined ? Or is this thw wrong app for that ?

Hi sooobigg-hotmail,

 

Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online Snap Receipts feature is a great way to track your expenses while on the go.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

 

After you've captured your receipts you'll need to upload them to QuickBooks Online.  When this has been completed, you're ready to review, match and categorize the transactions.  To see a total of your expenses, follow these steps;

 

1. Open Expenses from the left menu

2. Using the ▼ dropdown menu beside Filter select a Date range

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Total

 

In addition, you can open the Expenses by Supplier Summary report to see the total for each supplier as well as the overall total of all expenses.  Here's how;

 

1. From the left menu, select Reports

2. Enter Expenses by Supplier Summary in the Search field

3. Choose the Report period

4. Set Display columns by field to Total only

5. Hit Run report
