Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online payroll is a great program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your payroll remittances. I'd be glad to provide you with information regarding payroll.
At this time, accessing payroll on the phone app is not an option with QuickBooks. I encourage you to log in from a computer to access the payroll feature. I can see how being able to access payroll on the phone app would be beneficial for you. I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
