Is it possible to move my subscription from Android to Apple iOS?

Hey there columnrail,

Managing your subscription is a key part of making sure you have access to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Based on your question, my guess is you've switched from using an Android product to Apple, and I can appreciate wanting to switch your subscription over as well. I'll point you in the right direction.

Android and Apple subscriptions are handled through their third-party vendors, Google and Apple. That being said, I encourage you to direct your inquiry to either Google or Apple support to learn if there's a possibility of switching your subscription from one provider to the other.

To learn if there are other options for managing your subscription, you can reach out to the QuickBooks Self-Employed team directly. When you're able to login to your account, you can use the steps below.

  1. Select the Assistant tool.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human."
  3. Follow the prompts to reach an agent.

To find where the Assistant is in your app, check out the following article: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed support

In the event you're not able to log into your account, we have a web form you can use. Click the following link, select QuickBooks Self-Employed, and enter your information into the form: Contact Us

I hope that helps!
