If you're experiencing issues with your QuickBooks Online mobile app, I recommend trying some troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Restart you Phone or Tablet
- Clear cache and cookies in the Apple or Play store/web browser (this can usually be found in your general settings in your apps section.)
- You can also try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.
If you're still experiencing issues, I recommend reaching out to support team outside of the Community. They will be able to work directly with you.
