It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to create, view and email forms, access customer information, track expenses and download bank transactions. However, there are a few limitations, when additional details are needed. I'd be happy to help!
When it comes to QuickBooks Online reports, I recommend logging into your account from a web browser. Open Reports from the left menu and choose the sales report that best fits your business needs. All forms can be customized, so you see what matters most. Sales reports include, but aren't limited to, the Sales by Customer Summary/Detail, Sales by Product/Service Summary/Detail, Sales by Location Summary. However, you can type and enter an area in the Search field to see additional options.
