I'd recommend that you refresh the QuickBooks app by following these steps.
For iOS;
- Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback and then Refresh Data
- Tap Refresh to confirm.
I encourage you to uninstall and reinstall the app. If the steps provided don't work, I recommend that you contact our customer support team as they can have a closer look at how to resolve this. Here are some options available to reach out to our team.
