Mobile app cannot save any fields as it lags on the "saving" spinning logo; must manually leave the app and come back, and changes are saved.

I've forced stopped and re-installed the app but to no avail. This issue has been persisting for 2 days now and is very inconvenient.

Thanks for posting here in the QuickBooks Community about this lagging issue when saving some information in the QBO mobile app, @longwang-boringt.

 

Since you keep getting the same problem after trying to uninstall and reinstall the app, I highly recommend contacting our Support. They can check if there are similar reports from other users and help open an investigation on this unexpected behavior.

 

Follow these steps to reach out to a live agent:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose a contact option to initiate a discussion with a live agent.

 

For now, access your QuickBooks account in the web, to resume your tasks.
