My parex app is not showing up on the sidebar. I have no way of selecting it. How can i fix this?

My parex app is not showing up on the sidebar. I have no way of selecting it. How can i fix this?

It's great to see you're making use of the option to sync apps with QuickBooks Online to enhance the ways you can work with the software. Accessing these apps to make sure that things are synced and running as they should is key, and I'd be happy to help direct you to where you can locate this connection.

 

When you add a partner app to QuickBooks Online through the Apps tab, that tab becomes the home for where you can see and work with the app. What you can do is navigate to that tab, choose My Apps, and then select the Parex app you synced to make any changes that you need so that your data is synced properly.

 

If you mean you've used a Parex integration, that happens outside of the QuickBooks software and essentially the QuickBooks connected is added to the external integration, not the other way around. This means that to access any data or make any changes, you'd want to access the integration itself. If you're not sure how to do that, I recommend connecting with the support team for the integration specifically.
