Hello there, Rhonda. Older versions of the app may have bugs that stop you from editing invoices or make some fields freeze up. This usually happens when your cache is too full. Let’s troubleshoot to fix this.
If you’re an iOS user, just open your Settings, then tap General, and press iPhone Storage. Find the QuickBooks Online app and tap Offload App.
If you're using Android, go to your Home menu or the three dots in the top right, go into Settings, and select Refresh Data. Just tap Yes to confirm.
Afterward, restart your device and try editing the invoice again. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app for a fresh setup.
