BMO account connectivity

Why won’t my BMO accounts remain connected? Every few weeks when I update the transactions I get an error message saying there is a connection issue

Hi tim-educationwis,

 

Welcome to Community!  Having your transactions automatically uploaded to QuickBooks Online is a valuable time saver.  Although, there are times when financial institutions become disconnected with QuickBooks.  When this happens, contacting our Customer Care team outside of Community is the best course of action.  They'll be able to gather in depth information, and escalate the issue to our Development Team for further investigation, in order to restore the connection as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
