Thank you for reaching out to Community. Welcome! QuickBooks Online has many valuable features for all of your bookkeeping needs. Printing your cheques can be done effortlessly once the alignment process has been completed. I'd be happy to provide some insight here.
After aligning your cheque, I suggest making any necessary changes to the margins as needed. When you're on the print/preview screen you'll see different icons in the top center of the document. Hover your curser over the icons and select the one that says Fit to Page. Continue to print and check the settings by clicking on More Settings and ensure the Scale is accurate, adjust the margins as well.
If you're using pre-printed cheques, the configuration process will have some limitations. I recommend using cheques that are designed exclusively for use with QuickBooks products that can be purchased here.

This screen shot may help explain the issue further. I have tried to scale the printout in the print dialog but as I mentioned in my original post that just throws everything else off. As you can see, everything else is aligned to fit on the page properly but the 'MEMO' is pinned right to the left edge of the page with a zero margin.
I appreciate you sending the screenshot for visual reference. At this point, I highly recommend contacting our support team so they can share your screen and assist you with the cheque alignment.
