I suggest having your time tracking members clear cache on their browser, if they haven't done so already. Additionally, I recommend they try another browser such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
If the issue persists, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to review the situation in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if needed.
