Welcome to the QuickBooks Online community! It's great to hear that you'd like to use QuickBooks Online to help manage the finances for another company.
QuickBooks Online allows one company per subscription. The good news is you can use the same login credentials to create a new account subscription, which will allow you to switch easily between your companies when you need to. Here's how to set up the second company with the same login information.
- Go to qbo.ca and click Plans & Pricing.
- Choose from the free trial or subscription options for the three QuickBooks Online plans (Note: QuickBooks Self-Employed is a separate product from QuickBooks Online).
- On the Sign Up for QuickBooks page, choose Already have an Intuit account? Sign In.
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign In.
- Proceed with setting up your company.
Once the second company is set up, simply switch between them by going to the Gear icon and choosing Switch Company. This'll bring you to the list of all companies associated with the login credentials so you can pick the one you want and get to work.
