I have been on Quickbooks Online officially since early December; we can not set up our employees on Payroll as we get this error message. Am I the only one having this problem? I'm paying for this service for both QBO and still paying for it for Quickbooks Enterprise as I just don't have the time resource to start from scratch and do it manually...plus why would it when I'm paying for this service.
Can someone please tell me what is going on with this and why it's taking so long to get an essential task fixed? Or am I the only one that isn't able to set up payroll on QBO?

What is intuit doing for customers that are paying for services they can't access. Right now I can't cancel QuickBooks Enterprise as I don't have the resources to manually do payroll. So I'm paying for Quickbooks Enterprise as I need QBE Payroll...and I'm paying for Payroll for QBO as well.
When I called the sales team to port over to QBO nobody told me that there are issues with QBO payroll so i'm spending hundreds on licensing software.
