Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online enables you to import your supplier list seamlessly. I would be happy to provide more information, so you're on the right track with your work!
Although you can import your customers and suppliers from your email contacts to QuickBooks Online, it's important to note that your current customer or supplier list won't be overwritten, which can create duplicate entries. For this reason, I recommend updating your supplier information within their current profile.
Here’s how:
1. Choose Expenses on the left menu and open the Suppliers tab
2. Select the supplier
3. Click Edit
4. Update their information
5. Hit Save.
