change a user id

You can change your user ID by signing in to your Intuit Account or product, where you can edit your account credentials.

Here's how:
 

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Navigate to your profile icon next to Settings or the Gear icon.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
4. Go to Sign in & security.
5. Click your User ID to make changes.
6. Once done, hit Save.
