Glad to have you join the Community! I'll be happy to show you how to reset the password in QuickBooks Desktop 2024.

Here's how to reset a user password: 

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Sign in as the admin user.
3. Go to Company, select Set Up Users and Passwords.
4. Select Set Up Users. Then enter the admin password again.
5. In the User List, select the user that needs to change their password. Then select Edit User.
6. Enter a new password.
7. Select Next twice, then select Finish.
