I am using QB self employed. I accept online credit card payments and that works well. I want to change the bank account into which the deposits are made. Any topics I find on this tell me to Create Invoice/ select Payments ..... no such thing on my screen.
Q: How do I change the bank account into which online credit card payments go? Quickbooks Self Employed.

Welcome to Community! I'm happy to hear that you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online Payments, so your customers have the option to pay directly from their invoice. It's important that you're able to edit the associated bank account, in order to receive your funds without delay!
In this situation, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community. They'll be able to verify your account in a secure setting, and update your QuickBooks Online Payments account from our end as soon as possible!
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Please help me, I cannot find any information on how to update my bank account information so that I can receive payments by Visa. There is no chat feature in help and no way to contact anyone. I am very close to cancelling my Quickbooks subscription as you make it almost impossible to receive any customer support.
