QuickBooks Online and its associated add-ons make running your business and doing your books a more streamlined and simplified process. I love that your client is looking to resubscribe after having cancelled previously! Please extend my welcome back to the QuickBooks family. Errors like the one you've described can make it difficult to resubscribe, which takes time away from other important tasks that you both have to work on. The first steps to take are some browser and internet troubleshooting. Sometimes the images and files that are stored in your browser's cache can impact the way that QuickBooks runs, and completing the steps below helps us to determine if that's the root of the problem. Once you or your client have tried these steps, please have your client attempt to subscribe again.
