Is it possible to convert books in Newview to QBO and if so, what is the process?
Hello Suf1,
Thanks for your interest in QuickBooks Online! I love that you're considering it for managing your business's books and I'd be delighted to let you know the options for bringing your data to QuickBooks.
While there currently isn't a direct conversion process, it's still possible to bring your data to our platform. With QuickBooks Online, it's possible to import CSV files of lists and some other data. We have a great self-help article that shows you those options and directs you to the information you need to import: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online
In this case, you'd want to see what you can export from Newview Books. Their support team or forums should be able to get you the details about that. Once you have the files, make sure they're in CSV format and you'll be able to bring them on over to QuickBooks using the article above.
If you need an extra hand with the import and setup process once you're ready to get started, we're here to help. Feel free to use one of the contact options below to get in touch when the time comes.
Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat

Have a great rest of your day!
You may have 2 options:
1. Prepare your data from Newview and open a QBO account.

Then utilize TPI to import them in bulk starting from COA, Lists, and Transactions.
