Importing your information into QuickBooks Online from another program is a quick process made to save you time and effort. I'd be happy to help you get your information imported to QuickBooks Online.

As Fiat Lux explained you'd need to export your information into an XLS or CSV file to import. While an import tool is recommended you can also import it manually into your account. I recommend going over this article that explains everything about importing and how to do so.
