Showing results for
QB will automatically create backup files when you run Verify/Rebuild Data or upgrade your files. This means you should have at least two backup files on your local drive (not on a flash drive) to restore in Pro. If you're having trouble finding one of those backup files, you should contact Intuit Support. Alternatively, you can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly via email for assistance. They are very helpful for problems like this.

I do have 3 companies on quick books pro 2024
two I can open no problem but the third, which I use every day I can not.
Everytime I do it tells me that I have to use enterprise
I will email them and see what they can do

Fiat Lux is a 3rd party service provider. If the problem is simple, usually they don't mind providing free service.
Unfortunetly with the time difference with
Fiat Lux (11 hours) I don't think they can
help me.

As I am using quick books enterprise trial version at the moment and it expires in 10 days,
As I know, their operating hours will remain available for the next 4-5 hours. Why don't you contact them now? If not, contact Intuit Support as the last resort
