QB will automatically create backup files when you run Verify/Rebuild Data or upgrade your files. This means you should have at least two backup files on your local drive (not on a flash drive) to restore in Pro. If you're having trouble finding one of those backup files, you should contact Intuit Support. Alternatively, you can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly via email for assistance. They are very helpful for problems like this.
