Errors for posting Square app information

When posting the transactions from the Square App integration, I get the following issue: We couldn't Undo the transaction(s) due to "Uncaught in complete callback". Check account mapping in advanced settings and try again.

But it doesnt say what to check or what is the issue.  Also, when posting the credit card transactions, is duplicating them multiple times.  

Quickbooks support has not been able to help and keep referring me to Square, even thou Square information is correct and the app was developed by Intuit.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important you're able to have a seamless integration between QuickBooks and Square. Rest assured, I'll be happy to guide you in the right direction. 

 

To get started, I recommend checking the mapping settings on your Square app and in QuickBooks to ensure they're not causing the error. Another cause to the issue may be the browser. Whenever the browser isn't functioning as expected I recommend clearing cache and cookies. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently.
