I've just been using Quickbooks for a month but now I'm thinking about quitting the platform because EACH TIME I try to access an invoice or a quote it takes FOR EVER! I get that green circle circling for 10, 15 or even 30 minutes before opening the requested document!!!
Just search "green circle" in here and you will notice I'm not the only one complaining about this issue!!
We are paying for a """""""""""professionnal""""""""" service and we should be able to acces our documents WHEN WE WANT. This is unacceptable and do frustrating!
And don't tell me to clear my cache and all of that because I did, multiple times..!!!
My old school spreadsheets and excel invoices/quote were maybe rudimentary, but I least I could access them on demand....!

No it's not a "internet connection problem"... I just had this circle of death for 1h35 minutes and while I was waiting for my invoice to show, I was able to navitage on every other website I wanted to...so no, it's not a connection problem.

While I was waiting to access my invoice, I waited the same time (1h25) on the phone to speak with one of your representative who had absolutely no clue what to do except ask me to clear my cache .......... After speaking for 10 minutes the invoice finally opened (after 1h35 of total waiting). And the sugestion of the represetnative was top come here and start a thread about my problem.!!! So it seems you guys are just playing ping pong with your custumer...
Instead just try fixing your servers because the problem is not on the custumer's end..!!!
It's not even been two months I'm a custumer but I allready can,t take it anymore. When I have 10 mionutes to do a final edit on a quote and send it, I don't have 1h35 to waste for the **** file to just open!!!
I hear you on this. I highly recommend contacting our support team outside of the Community. This helps as a specialist will be able to take a closer look at your account and help you navigate the program so you can use it without running into issues. I recommend reaching out to the support team again as they're able to take a look at your account using your personal info. Since this a public platform, I recommend taking the route of reaching out again until you get more info about the workarounds you can use for now if there are any available. When you are encountering the same issue again, try opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser.
