I want to do a simple currency format of the data in the raw QBO spreadsheet sync report. It works for the first 55 rows but not the rows thereafter.
QB Help said that is an Excel issue, not a QBO spreadsheet sync issue.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Thanks James for the reply.
Unfortunately clearing my cache does not help, as the issue is happening in my Excel client version, so nothing to do with my cache.
I actually did call QB Help, and when they understood it was a formatting issue they said that it was out of their scope. They are only responsible for getting the data into Excel, and nothing beyond that. I take some issue with this however as the data did not get into Excel properly. The data in question was text, not a number, so one could not use formulas on it, and I had to manually retype it.
If you have any other ideas please let me know.
I'm also looking for help here. My Excel spreadsheet has numbers in the column for "Unit Price" and I keep getting: Unit Price not well formatted
It's just a number. I have tried changing the format to Text, Generic, Amount, and still getting the same error. It won't let me post.
I recommend getting in touch with our support team so they can assist you further while sharing your screen. You can reach out by dialing 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. You're welcome to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be on standby.
Fixed the issue and I want to document it here in case it helps somebody else.
In my case I was using Excel on a Mac in Canada. I changed to use Excel on Windows in the US and it works.
So, either the Mac Excel didn't work, or the fact that I was in Canada, or both.
