Getting this error. We can’t upload everything from your fileSome info may be missing from your file. Double-check that your file is complete and try uploading again

We can shorten the date range and download the transactions into smaller batches, Andrew150.

Uploading CSV files in QuickBooks only allowed a maximum of 350 KB and each bank has a unique format for CSV files. We can change the name of the columns in your CSV to match the QuickBooks requirements.

Missing information can be caused by factors such as an interrupted connection. Faulty connections during the download process may result in unsuccessful transaction downloads. It's important to consider these specific aspects when importing your bank transactions:

  1. Ensure the file is saved in a CSV (comma-separated values) format.
  2. Check for and delete any blank lines in the file.
  3. Confirm that the column header labels in your CSV file match the required labels (Date, Description, and Amount).
  4. Ensure the standard date format is dd/mm/yyyy, (01/06/25).
  5. Make sure to avoid including:
    • The "0's" in the file, for example, Rs. 0 should be left blank.
    • Commas for thousands, for example:2,111 should be 2111.
    • Special characters such as #, %, and &.

To know more about how you can check the format, please refer to this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once you have verified the file and made any necessary corrections, you can re-import your transactions following the correct format.

If you need help categorizing your entries to avoid double transactions, refer to this article: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
